Agreement to Terms

By accessing tribuncrypto.com or buying from KENVORA, operated by KENVORA INC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Digital Products

We sell digital design files (2D and 3D). No physical goods are shipped. Files are delivered by a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is correct and that you can receive messages from us.

License

When you purchase a file, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or commercial projects, as described on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or upload the original files, alone or in a bundle, to any marketplace, file-sharing site, or library. All intellectual property rights remain with KENVORA INC.

Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability, and will refund any amount charged.

Downloads and Support

Download links are intended for the purchaser. If a file is corrupted or will not open, contact us and we will provide a working copy. You are responsible for checking that the listed formats are compatible with your software before purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use our files in unlawful ways or to infringe the rights of others.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Files are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that they are suitable for any particular fabrication, engineering, or safety-critical use, and you are responsible for verifying dimensions and tolerances before production. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.
