We sell professional 2D and 3D digital design files. Each product page describes the contents, formats, and intended use.
No. All products are digital. After payment you receive an email with a download link.
Usually within a few minutes of payment confirmation. The link is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Check your spam folder and confirm the email address on your order. If it still does not arrive, contact [email protected] with your order number and we will resend it.
Formats vary by product and are listed on each product page. Please check them against your software before buying.
Yes, within the license described on the product page. You may not resell or redistribute the original files.
Because files are digital, purchases are generally final. We will refund or replace files that are corrupted, not as described, or charged in error. See our Return Policy.
Email us with your order number and software version. We will send a working copy or a different format when possible.
Links can expire, so please save your files to your own storage right after downloading. If a link has expired, contact us and we will reissue it.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your card details.
