Digital Delivery Only

KENVORA sells digital design files only. We do not ship physical products, so there are no shipping fees, carriers, or delivery addresses to worry about.

How You Receive Your Files

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email a secure download link to the address you entered at checkout. In most cases it arrives within a few minutes. You can then download the files to your computer and use them right away.

If You Did Not Receive Your Email

Please check your spam or promotions folder first and confirm that the address on your order is correct. If the email is still missing, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will resend your download link.

Download Tips

Use a desktop or laptop computer for large 3D files.
Save the files to your own storage after downloading, as links may expire.
Extract any ZIP archive before opening the files in your software.

Availability

Downloads are available worldwide, subject to applicable law. There are no customs duties because nothing is shipped.
